Matthew Rowe is on a mission to help people rediscover who they truly are—and live from that place with boldness and purpose. He believes that when someone embraces their true identity, they are empowered to build real, lasting relationships. At LF3 Love Factor, Matthew devotes his work to restoring marriages and helping couples move from disconnection to deep heart connection.
Matthew is the author of Unbreakable Love. He is also a Clinical Pastoral Counselor and Board-Certified Master Life Coach. His educational journey includes graduate studies in Christian Leadership and Organizational Development at Alphacrucis College in Sydney, Australia, undergraduate studies in Psychology at Colorado Christian University, and doctoral coursework at Colorado Theological Seminary. Over the years, he has helped restore hundreds of marriages, led worship ministries, guided churches through successful reorganizations, launched small businesses, and consulted with Fortune 500 companies on strategic growth, marketing, partnerships, and relational development.
Matthew generously volunteers his time and heart as a chaplain with both Kootenai Health and as a supporter of the Chaplains for the Spokane County Sheriff’s Department, offering spiritual care and support to individuals and families in times of crisis and need.
He is an ordained pastor through Firestarters Ministries and has been joyfully married to his wife, Karissa, since 2008. Together, they are raising three amazing boys and two beautiful girls. They are also actively involved in their local church, Valley Assembly in Spokane Valley, Washington.
Whether he’s counseling or coaching a couple, serving in a hospital room, or writing words of hope, Matthew is passionate about helping people heal, connect, and thrive in their relationships.
